Bruce Mackinnon was born in Toronto but grew up in the Quinte area. At the age of four he was using mom’s pots and pans as drums and singing into his cassette recorder with dreams of one day being a famous singer /performer. In his late teens, he played in a band called The Boxcar Boys. They had a lot of fun playing for people but didn’t make it to the big times. Bruce's love for music and singing has brought him back to it as he owned and operated Quinte Karaoke Supplies in Trenton. He never pursued his dream of being a singer/ performer but now hopes to help some of Quinte's talented people pursue theirs, while having fun doing so!
